Alison Mitchell

Alison Mitchell is a visual artist based near Riverton in regional South Australia where she shares a studio
building with her husband, artist Robert Hannaford. She works in watercolour and oils, responding to the
seasonal changes of her garden, underpinned by careful observation from life and informed by her studies in
Anthropology and Asian Art History.
